- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

2. Construction Service Cancellations

- Cancellations must be made in writing
- Full refunds available if cancelled before project commencement
- Partial refunds may be available for ongoing projects based on work completed
- Initial consultation and planning fees are non-refundable
